Advanced Xingyi Energetics openly and directly teaches the specific practices and "enablers" for maximal internal energy generation based on the Xingyi mechanics. There are thousands of books, videos, web and zoom trainings, and real-life classes that can instruct you on the physical mechanics of Xingyi. They will also mention some of its philosophical theories, and may throw in one of the many definitions of "qi" as internal power. But none of them will instruct you on the precise, yet simple and straight-forward, best practices for tuning your mechanics to maximum sensitivity and absorption of the incredible internal energies which the simple-appearing techniques of Xingyi can ignite, once they are understood fully.
