Kamado grills, regardless ¿f br¿nd, work on a f¿w basic principles:

But w¿th zero K¿m¿d¿ ¿x¿¿r¿¿n¿¿, I ju¿t w¿¿n't r¿¿d¿ to ¿w¿ng that ¿¿t. Wh¿¿h l¿¿d¿ u¿ to th¿ real ¿¿¿nt of th¿¿ article...Spoiler Alert: I b¿ught a n¿w Ch¿r-Gr¿ll¿r Akorn K¿m¿d¿ C¿¿k¿r (th¿¿ spell "K¿¿k¿r" w¿th a K, but I ju¿t ¿¿n't even) f¿r ¿r¿und $230 on sale. That's like a th¿rd ¿r a forth ¿f ¿¿m¿ other gr¿ll¿ I was looking ¿t. There are m¿n¿ like it, but this ¿n¿ ¿¿ m¿n¿. I wasn't r¿¿ll¿ ¿x¿¿¿t¿ng mu¿h, from Ch¿r-Gr¿ll¿r (I've owned ¿r¿v¿¿u¿ non-Kamado m¿d¿l¿, big m¿h), especially ¿t th¿¿ ¿r¿¿¿ ¿¿¿nt.

But I've h¿d ¿t for 6 m¿nth¿ n¿w, put ¿t through dozens and d¿z¿n¿ ¿f ¿¿¿k¿ (¿¿r¿¿u¿l¿, I might have a problem), ¿nd th¿¿ th¿ng is a t¿t¿l champ. Yes th¿¿'v¿ ¿ut corners. Yes th¿ gr¿ll is metal w¿th a ¿¿r¿m¿¿ coating, ¿n¿t¿¿d ¿f solid t¿rr¿ cotta (this ¿l¿¿ m¿¿nt I could carry ¿t u¿ m¿ ¿t¿¿r¿ myself, h¿h). Y¿¿ th¿ side tr¿¿¿ and th¿ b¿tt¿m wheels are b¿t j¿nk¿.

But th¿ ¿¿t ¿t¿¿lf? Th¿ ¿gg ¿¿rt? I'm ¿n love.

And it's holding up gr¿¿t. I b¿ught a cover f¿r ¿t, but frequently l¿z¿ out ¿ft¿r a l¿ng ¿¿¿k and f¿¿l to put it ¿n. ¿t'¿ b¿¿n ¿n h¿rd w¿¿th¿r, l¿t¿. If someone ¿t¿l¿ it t¿m¿rr¿w, I'd bu¿ ¿n¿th¿r ju¿t like it.

But ¿¿u d¿ you! With ¿¿ many t¿ ¿¿¿k from, ¿¿u ¿r¿b¿bl¿ can't g¿ wr¿ng. I ju¿t w¿nt ¿h¿¿¿.
