Within this work are presented topics such as: the application framework, the methodology, the description of the market, the type of design that will take, the sample, sampling, surveys that will be applied. That make known internally to the chocolate, as well as the structure that takes the work to develop its area of improvement, definitions on the market study (quantitative and qualitative), designs of questionnaires and methodology to choose an evaluation instrument and obtain results for improvement. At this point, it is where the possible solution that the project intends to solve the problem is developed. The above is broken down by sections in this document for a better understanding, where information about chocolate consumption and proposals designed for chocolate are shown, so that the definitions are made known.
