I was drawn to Lean Six Sigma because as an office manager and a single mother, I wanted to work smarter and not harder. I needed more time for my Daughter, and more time for myself... Once I enrolled in the program, I began to realize that Lean Six Sigma can be applied to completely overhaul antiquated systems and streamline processes and procedures.
