About the Series:

Wellness Wally teaches kids about being adventurous and how using practices and approaches that originate from different places around world can improve health, wellness, and optimize happiness! 

Young readers can join Wally as he explores the principle elements that make up wellness. Wellness is defined as an active process of becoming aware of and making choices toward a healthy and fulfilling life. Wellness is more than being free from illness-it is a dynamic process of change and growth.

Each book is inspired by one of the wellness dimensions, such as physical and emotional wellness. As Wally travels to different countries in each story, he learns not only about health and wellness, but also about the importance of international perspectives and the significance of adventures!

The first book of the Wellness Wally Around the World series is Wellness Wally's Delicious Journey. Wally loves nothing more than chips, candy, and hiding out in his room. One day, he meets a special friend that changes his whole perspective.
