Beskrivelse

The Torture Victim Who Ended the Torturegate Scandal Unspeakable Pain is the story of David Bardes, who was falsely accused of a crime, financially destroyed, hunted down, and immediately locked in jail cell designed to torture with hypothermia (shivering to death in the cold.) After losing consciousness from hypothermia, the guards thought Bardes was dead. So, Bardes was shot to feign a reason for death being other than from hypothermia. But by beating 1 in 1,000 odds of survival from hypothermic coma, Bardes lived to teach himself the law, and litigate three Federal lawsuits over ten years to bring an end to hypothermic torture. Ever since the 9/11 attacks, all Federal judges, and the US Supreme Court, instantly dismissed all torture lawsuits, even from domestic torture. To protect Bush Administration executives from their use of hypothermic torture/homicide to kill an innocent Muslim kid. This had a grave secondary effect as it gave the green light to our local jails and prisons, that torture was on. The United States was brutally torturing, and freezing to death, its own citizens, no lawyer on earth could help, and the US DOJ refused to step in, to protect friends. Evil had assumed full control of the United States. Bardes lost his first Federal lawsuit, when, in 2011, the US Supreme Court denied his petition, asking if near-death hypothermic torture was a violation of the Constitution? Bardes was forced to patiently and painful wait for our nation's jails and prisons to brutally torture more inmates to death with hypothermia, until the head count to the dead grew to a number, to allow him to take his third Federal lawsuit to the US Supreme Court. Asking the Constitutional question, were citizens being brutally tortured to death with hypothermic torture a violation of the Constitution? On April 15, 2016, the US Supreme Court voted to no longer dismiss any torture lawsuits, especially those of hypothermic torture. Hours later, a Federal judge did not dismiss a lawsuit brought by the family of the innocent Muslim kid frozen to death by CIA hypothermic torture. After this came a flood of torture lawsuits from all over the country. The Torturegate Scandal was over. No longer with protections from the higher courts, jails and prisons adjusted temperatures to allow inmates to remain alive, lest they become poor inmates themselves after being successfully sued. The DOJ resumed protections for citizens' rights, while Federal judges reestablished much needed justice for victims, and to serve as deterrents to further bad actions. Bardes restored the balance of power in the United States, and returned credibility to the US Courts, and DOJ. Having wrestled control away from evil doom. The story of David Bardes is one of horror, torture, murder, pure evil, miracles, survival, courage, grit, and the will to never give up.
