There is one experience you had that should make. Every man of the Three 'bighteenth hold his head high: the march from Camp Besnier, North to Ston'ne and than South to Bare. L wonder if you all know that only' crack t... roops could do what you did? Well your Officers know it. Know that men whomade that march and came' in with blisteredj bleeding feet' but with clean wagons. Groomed horses and polished equipment, are good soldiers -and by God remember that there is nothing higher can be said of a man than that he is a good soldier. Memory of that march I shall always hold 'asone of my proudest possessions. Ij.
