The Option Method: The Myth of Unhappiness, Vol. 1 is the first of a three-volume set on the fundamental causes of unhappiness and the groundbreaking antidote in the form of this powerful self-help technique. Subtitled The Collected Works of Bruce Di Marsico on the Option Method and Attitude, the book explores happiness and unhappiness in 93 chapters such as Happiness Is Our Ultimate Desire, There Are No Obstacles to Happiness and The Nature of Choice. In this first volume Di Marsico provides an overview of the Option Method and the all-important attitude behind it.
