Jim Binney, D.Min. and his wife, Maria, partner with a ministry based in the Philippines called Shepherd's Care Ministries International. They specialize in the counseling and training of Filipino Christian leaders. He is President of the Shepherd's Bible College and Seminary, where he heads the Master's program in Biblical Counseling. He is also an author, conference speaker, and radio broadcaster on several stations worldwide, including two in the Philippines.
