Phantom Marauders of the Bermuda Triangle

Drug lords who will stop at nothing to distribute their illegal drugs have law enforcement officials around the world outgunned and outnumbered and sometimes outwitted. They have made a mockery out of the criminal-justice system and are winning the war on drugs. In response to this failure of law enforcement and the criminal-justice system, a desperate plan to eradicate drug trafficking has been conceived on the tiny island of Bermuda. The Island's Governor with the aid of the United States has declared war on the drug lords of South America and the Caribbean. By issuing a long-forgotten license to privateers to seek and destroy drug smugglers with no legal entanglements, the governor has leveled the playing field on the war on drugs. This Letter of Marque to privateers encompasses the waters of the Bermuda Triangle. These marauders now have the license to attack and destroy drug trafficking enemies of the state. Although the Treaty of Paris of 1856 has long since banned privateering, the United States never signed the treaty. In fact, the United States Constitution still to this day permits Letters of Marque and Reprisal. Turk Black, the captain of the ghost ship, The Phantom and his crew of Bermudians and Americans are hell-bent on wrecking havoc on drug trafficking in the Atlantic Ocean. Not since Blackbeard and his ship the Queen Anne's Revenge has there been so much terror and destruction on the open seas. With bounties on their heads and no safe ports to enter The Phantom and her crew are marked by death squads of the drug cartels.
