In full color and designed to be taken to the gym and filled out every day The program is designed so you can train throughout the entire year, and includes the lacrosse Preseason, In-Season, and Off-Season progressions. The Preseason program focuses on developing explosiveness, speed, and endurance. The In-Season program focuses on maintaining strength and endurance.
