MAVA Math: Middle Reviews, primarily for students in grades 6 through 8, provides 198 one-page cumulative reviews (66 for each of the 3 grades). Each cumulative review has 10 problems, although a problem may have multiple parts, providing even more practice. A 21-page curriculum outline, containing 97 topics from Absolute Value to Work Problems, details the skills and concepts in the reviews. A 6-page vocabulary list contains over 500 math words that middle school students should recognize and understand. The book also includes a 5-page discussion about the importance of cumulative review as well as the best way to use the book. Two 120-problem pre-algebra sample tests are convenient evaluation tools.
