Object of this thesis is the legal framing of the exercise of public authority on the international level. The ongoing globalization leads to an expansion of international law regarding its sources of law, actors and subjects. As a result more and more international institutions are established in order to address international problems. This leads to an increased exercise of public authority by international institutions also regarding individuals. The goal of this thesis is to find rules governing such exercise by applying constitutional administrative principles to these international institutions.
