A Passage of Time

'The equilibrium of time must be maintained, and for all those that come through, others must take their place' - the unknown, and as yet unwritten, rule of time and space. When a stranger, engulfed in flames, appears through a portal from a parallel time, Robert finds himself plucked from the present and transported back sixty years, to an era of war, desolation and death. Unable to return, he must learn to survive and quickly adapt to life in an earlier time - just as he who had recently arrived in the future. Both would have to strive to make new lives for themselves in a time that neither belonged, nor wished to; and there were only two people who could help them do that - the only ones who knew the real truth, the women they left behind.
