A Dad's Cookbook to His Kids

What can you capture and pass along to your kids that gives you a chance to hand down the most vivid memories of your family's time together? Remembrances that start during their youngest years of childhood and continue on into their adult lives. Now try to include a piece of your humor so the next generations will know a little slice of you, and what is behind the smile they see in the pictures of you. For me the answer was simple. I have cooked for my wife Kim and our family since one of our first dates. As our family grew, the menus grew, and the stories grew. In this book I have included many of the foods we have enjoyed together over these thirty plus years. Time has a way of making the stories grow, and these recipes seem to have stories attached to them. Our kitchen is much more than just the food made in it; it's really about the birthdays, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and more.
